Jonathan P. McCarthy, President, is a degreed construction management professional and has been involved in the site development sector of the construction industry his entire working career. His primary responsibilities are business development, corporate expansion and overseeing general sales.

Jim McCracken, General Manager, has 35 years of working knowledge in the construction industry ranging from heavy highway/bridge construction, steel erection, machinery rigging, and concrete construction through the operation of general and mechanical contracting firms. His background and experience in the management and marketing areas of several large construction firms brings state of the art construction management tools to CCS.

Bill Muessen: Director of Operations, has 28 years of working knowledge in the construction industry. He capably oversees the day to day field operations, crew scheduling, and logistics of our 6 fully operational crews. With 10 plus years in project management experience his primary responsibilities include forming close relationships with our clients and ensuring that the key issues of cost, time, quality and above all, client satisfaction, are achieved.
